Yes, I think you can, if they really want you, they will ask for your certified certificate later. But to be on the safer side, I would advise you to notarize your certificate at a notary nearest to you and send it, while you wait for the NARIC/ENIC certification....notarizing your documents can be done on the same day

International students in Estonia do not need an additional working permit to work while studying full time and they are allowed to work on the condition that it does not interfere with their studies.

Thanks for watching...I think you can use your Naric Evaluation from UK to apply. If you don't have any experience in logistics but have motivation or interest in logistics, then this is what you should express in your Application Letter. Just be original in your writing.

Please more about the online English exam, is it valid and can substitute TOEFL etc also what if I go to the university and get the English proficiency can it be used though I might be using just ma advanced level to apply? I also wish to ask if applying with a science background (bio chem physics maths) is also feasible. I have a background of logistics n I have where I can get a diploma under that field. Hello, thanks for watching....you can apply. if you don't have TOEFL or IELTS, get a letter from your former school (recently completed school) stating your proficiency in ENGLISH and IF your language of instruction at that school was English, they should also include it in the letter.
