When I used to be a world famous scientist, I think I saw a keyframe under a microscope, but due to not knowing what it was (I was using Sony Vegas back then), I ended up leaving science all together... but now it's all coming together. Ah HAH!! Great and extremely helpful content. Thank you for all you do. It's way way useful.

That zoomed out keyframe thing was so damn confusing for me for so long. Can't tell you how many times I thought I hadn't set any keyframes, or how I had simply lost them and tried to start over. That damn little double-arrow button needs to be much more obvious for newcomers!

WOW - Casey covered the distance of approx. 3.67 BILLION miles in a mere split second! Faster than speed of light travel achieved!

Why KF icons so tiny, almost hidden 😢

The spline adjustments should be in that same panel as the key frames. I also find it tricky to use numeric values with the key frame editor. After Effects handles key frames so much better. This is the only part of Davinci I would ask the team to delete this and start again, it’s quite awful.

Hi Casey, many thanks for your instruction and tutorial videos, it helps a lot, trying out everything in Resolve would consume really a lot of time. I have one special case and I hope you can help me with it. I have 2 shots of a drone circling around a point of interest which I want to "match move", so I can blend one onto the other. The shots are created with almost the same angle, height, speed and distance from the POI. How can I match them? Hope that's not too complicated.

Nice one! Unrelated question… what is your screen recording setup where you’re able to capture in 4K and draw on the screen? That’d be pretty slick for live demos, too… thanks!

missed the opportunity to also talk about other things you can do in the keyframes tab, e.g. how to duplicate a keyframe (or multiple), or copy/paste properties of one keyframe to another

agreed. It’s clear that animation and keyframes wasn’t black magic’s first priority when designing the fusion tab.

This keyframe panel is the only reason why i am still not switching to resolve completely. You can do such things so much more easily in after effects.

Why isn't zoom to fit the default option, literally everybody presses that button to start editing keyframes

This must be some kind of joke. Caesy has already made another video on how to use keyframes for probably the 4th or 6th time, there is probably a million pieces of information on the internet about it, everything is also explained in the manual. I'm sorry but this channel repeats a lot of the same things over and over again. You won't find anything new here except links to courses.
