Canadian from Vancouver who moved to London around the same time as you here. Honestly sooooo much of you depends on where you live and who you know. I live zone 3 north and it’s so much more homey and palatable that other neighborhoods. I lived east for my first month and moving somewhere further out but still only 20ish minutes from central was a game changer for falling in love with the city
