Wonderful presentation, Jorge'. The only lousy thing is that it looks like the Chiriqui region has now been economically taken over by property speculators, expats, and investors. Seems like the price of land and housing is now in the inflated range. I can't find any listing in the mountains (Boquete, Volcan, etc.) and what there is listed seems ridiculous. David is nice and there seem to be more listings at lower prices, but I'm also aware that it's much hotter and more humid. I'm not sure I want to retire to that. I do plan to come down and look for myself. Thanks for the video!

Just listed my home for sale and was coming with nothing but a suitcase, but just saw an FJ Cruiser at 11:52 … so if I decided to bring my 2008 FJ, would I be able to find parts and mechanics?? Had never seen anything but small sedans in vids, so I never considered jt! Original owner,

There are many FJ Cruiser and Toyota mechanics. If uoubwould need parts that you can not find here, Rockauto will ship them to you and Totota Inc. too.

Does hospital in David require a full jab certificate? Any age restrictions for health insurance? Thank you

The hospitals in David do not require you to be vaccinated and there is no age restriction for you to get treatment. However, for you to get Panama health insurance you are required to be fully vaccinated for covid and there is an age restriction of no more than 74 for a new health insuranace policy. If you go to the public hospital, it's very affordable and you won't need insurance.
