The bigger unit is certainly beautiful but by just looking at few of your shots, the feng shui is rather bad. Firstly, almost in every room, the adjacent block has it's sharp edges directly pointing into the rooms so that's a bad sha already. On top of that, for the master bedroom, I can't see if there's a suitable location for the bed without doing major energy rerouting.
