Your program sounds amazing! Is it appropriate for post-partum? ( I'm about 7 months post-partum and would like to work on rebuilding my core). Also, if I sign up now am I able to start immediately or will i need to wait until January 6th for it to show up on the app?

Hi! It is very appropriate for postpartum… it’s actually exactly what I have been doing since about 3 months postpartum and I’ve been loving it. If you feel like you need more core-centric work before progressing to lifting with progressive overload, I also have a Core + Pelvic Floor return to sport program on Playbook!
