Listening to audio book Natural Born Heroes while hiking the Appalachian Trail. Got into a good flow today paying special attention to my fascia. Smooth, keeping the whole body loose, not just the legs.

What brought me on to the book originally is because people kept telling me that my people (the Cretans) were talked about a lot and would help me understand myself even more. Although I'm full blooded Cretan and I grew up in the culture, I had no clue how athletic the Cretans truly were

I like the audio on this film. It's so good to hear the sounds of parkour, and the control in the landings. Much better than the current trend in popular parkour videos,the ones with an overbearing sound track which distorts the reality of parkour, and turns it into some sort of music video.

This is one of the best parkour videos I've seen. It really captures innovative movement, focus, skill and playfulness and shows that there are many ways to train and have a great time together. It shows how fun it is to practice and at the same time how demanding and difficult parkour can be. Well done all of you!

Even till this day after years of training in parkour and watching countless content i still think this is one of the most well done and creative parkour videos i've ever seen. Great cinematography, strong and talented practitioners, creative movements and skills, and a classic environment. This video is a true piece of art and even a piece of parkour history if you ask me. I always come back to this video when i need to refresh myself and return to my roots.

Yes! I recognize some of the movements I did as a playing. And not so much a kid. I am an old man now. Picking berries on rotten wood in the summer makes the legs shake. Then you know you are doing the good stuff! Bravo!!!!!!!
