the day I saw your video of livewire 2011 you motivated me timothy shieff to start doing parkour but since the day I began practicing I have done some things I never get used to do but I'm having big bumps and hits on my legs which sometimes makes me feel like I will never be like you, today I made a huge hole hurt a lot on my leg I just think that I'm useless and that I'll never be able to do parkour.

Err. No. I'm assuming you haven't spent much time training parkour? If so, just look at what pro traceurs can do on children's playgrounds. I cbf now looking for examples. Just youtube "playground parkour" or something.

Hey Tim and any whom read this, some advice would be great. I've been vegan for 4 weeks now, currently I don't feel myself. A little ill.. I don't know of its that time of year or something is wrong with my diet, my main concern is vitamins and mineral deficiencies. what's your opinion on supplements and do you take them? peace
@workingclassveganrants4409 жыл бұрын
+IC UC Most important supplements: B12, Vitiman D & perhaps even the RDA of iodine. I'd highly recommend checking out nutritionfacts.org
@randomname47269 жыл бұрын
I don't think you can get too low in anything in a matter of weeks unless you were low before. A lot of people have this problem in the begining because they don't eat enough. The volume of food you are eating should be way more than before. Plant foods are low in calories. Use cron o meter to track your calorie intake. Try to get at least 2500 cal a day, and you might need more.
@randomname47269 жыл бұрын
I think it is good to get a blood test so you know where you are at and if there is anything you need to work on getting more of.

This is so awesome bro made props for the work! My own personal opinion and research suggest that doing these kind of exercises limit your fundamental foot stability and strength while wearing shoes. Especially for someone like MVP whose bare foot while fighting, you stand on your feet,you balance with your feet therefore you want them to be strong, no? Well take those shoes off then! Just an idea, keep up the good work! Z
