Some footage from our recent work with professional fighters in the amazing Epic MMA facility in Hong Kong.
Fighters, like all people, are first Humans, second Movers and only third Fighters. They can experience a total transformation in the way they move from a variety of tools and approaches we use under the Method for Movement and skill development.

I'll answer to you honestly, without ego: 1. This is a world of over-specialization. One can be an amazing specialist and lack in general movement capacities. Dont mistaken being a specialist with being an advanced mover - in that regard those athletes have just started. 2. Do you know how many reps did he do before? How many rounds? How many pre-fatigue sets? What we are doing here? What we are aiming to achieve? It is impossible to conclude anything from KZbin in this regard. Thanks, Ido.

You are way ahead of the game with your views on movement and movement quality. This is really good stuff here. You appear to understand movement better than probably 95% of PTs, MDs, strength coaches, etc. Awesome

What you said about specialization is why I start to train for function, three years back. Most people don't really understand that concept in a practical way, so it's difficult to explain it without sounding egotistical or boastful. Thanks for your vids, great to see like-minded individuals.

I wish I could start doing this but unfortunately my line of work doesn't exactly provide the time or the place to do such. :/ . That and i'm sure I would require training of some sort, which would also be out of the question.
