Especially how Spike filmed the other people around Bugging Out, amping hil on and adding more hostility to the situation, in a clever way.

It's cool that this movie acknowledges both positive and negative sides of the black community. A really honest and self-aware movie.

The fact that he recently recreated this scene 35 years later is why I'm here. I love it. Giancarlo is that guy. 🫡💪🏿❤️

Gem of a scene… both actors Giancarlo Esposito & John Savage are entirely underrated talents. They’ve both got enormous range and presence… and they routinely steal whatever scene they’re in ( even when their scene partners are DeNiro or Cranston).

This movie inspired Boondocks. It makes fun of stereotypes but has a deep meaningful message at the end with the killing and the battle between different race.
