I'm 63 and started watching Tom's films in the 80's. I've loved him ever since then, what a lovely man and great actor. I love it when he comes to the UK to do chat shows, he's much loved here. I don't know if anyone else noticed, but in the 80's he had a sort of thing where he incorporated a kitchen whisk in his movies. I think it may have begun in "Batchelor Party"? He chased a woman with a whisk, and it cropped up in a few more of his films too - my sisters and I noticed it and thought it was hilarious. No-one else noticed!!!

Tom Hanks is the most incredible actor probably since 1988. He was already a very talented actor before then, but wasn't taken seriously enough for roles before then. 1988 was the year the movie "BIG" was released & his performance was AWESOME. Such was the success of that film, that was the performance that elevated him to a status to be considered for much more serious roles. The rest is history. The greatest actor in my lifetime.

I think my favourite impersonation was of his nieces talking / complaining of the entertainment, or lack of , for their birthdays!🤣. Tom Hanks is my favourite actor and Forrest Gump, my favourite movie! 🦘❤️
