I've always enjoyed predator movies but in "Prey" well basically all the movies why is the predator just insanely nerfed? I mean comic wise they're i think in their universe the apex predator, they're just out here getting 1v1'd by some indian chick and unable to break rocks with a shield that just ripped a tree in half? Not to mention the predator sees in heat signature but doesnt see the girl just... standing there? always blows my mind but solid movies nun the less

Not to mention right… I have to HIGHLIGHT this fact just to show the writers do not even known Predator/Yautja lore…. The whole reason these predators are hunting is to show that they are the BEST, meaning if one’s honor were to be challanged it would go down to it’s level to fight it. For example in Arnold’s movie. The predator uncloaked itself because it thought it found a worthy foe. Over here in Prey it straight up shameless Cloaking 24/7
