The carriers that are in Mexico are Movistar, Telcel, Virgin mobile, and believe it or not but AT&T is an option in Mexico

They need to improve the network. That is very very low. 3G like not saying we need the speeds we have but at least around 5 mbs

It's obviously congested. Look at the speeds from my town with 4G+: kzbin.infotzhXQZxSq5s and even then it will eventually get upgraded to 5G.
