I've watched almost all of his videos, and this is the first one of them that I noticed all the Tonka trucks in the rafters of his outside shed. Played with Tonka Toys as a kid and now plays with the real things. And I know how he feels. I used to work at a strip mine(coal mine) here in northeast GA, and that was what it was like for me. I was like a kid in a giant sand lot. My sand box had D9s, 773s back dumps, and a 955, 966, 988, and 992 Cat rubber tired loaders. That 992 really gave you a he-man attitude when you ran it. 700 hp V-12, 10 foot tall tires and a 12yd bucket. You could load 60 tons of overburden on those 773s with three buckets.

maybe you could make some fork extensions for you forklift so you could pick up those truck boxes and shipping crates easier? some C channel with it boxed in at the back so they don't tilt off, or just some rectangular box steel.

May be Andrew will make a video of making fork extensions. Forks are made of special tough metal, I imagine fork extensions would need to be made of the same type of steel. The 40 foot sea/land shipping containers weigh: Size Tare Wt. Payload MGW Cubic Capacity 20-foot 4,585 lbs 48,325 lbs 52,910 lbs 1,172 cu ft. 40-foot 8,268 lbs 61,200 lbs 69,468 lbs 2,389 cu ft. That's way too much for any of Andrew's current skid steers. his subscribers will have to buy him a larger model *wheel loader* , Even an IHI CL-45 skid steer is only rated to lift Rated Operating Capacity 35% Tip Load 2,536 lbs., Operating Capacity 50% Tip Load 3,627 lbs. and Tipping Capacity SAE 732 -- 7,254 lbs. He needs something a lot larger than the largest skid steer, probably a wheel loader.
@davidnull55905 жыл бұрын
I saw this about forklift forks online: What material are forklift forks made from? They are made of different types of steel. Sometimes HSLA A572-50 (high strength low alloyed) steel, 1045-1060 heat treated material, T1 heat treated steel and others.Aug 25, 2010

hi Levi, looks like your old bones might get some heat... The water heats up to around 185 degrees and then is pumped into your home through insulated under ground Pex pipe. The hot water is then cycled through a domestic hot water heat exchanger and then it is sent to heat exchanger for your existing furnace.Outdoor wood furnaces have a water jacket surrounding the inner fire box. The fire heats the water and a pump carries it through pipes into radiators or a forced-air heat exchanger inside your home. Outdoor burners distribute heat more evenly throughout your home than a wood stove placed in a single room.The average qualified outdoor wood boiler is 63 percent efficient and the average pellet boilers is 70 percent. ... Thermal efficiency measures heat transfer from the combustion chamber to the water that heats the home.Apr 10, 2014
