Maybe some encouragement: I had to move last spring, had all my stuff in storage, then had to rent a room for 6+ months. Late fall, a place opened up suddenly, so spent 3+ weeks unloading the storage and the rented room. God will move for you. Yes, I did have to give some things away, but it was worth it.

Prayers, Leah. God guide you and keep you safe. I have moved across country, or halfway across country, several times, (not with preps per se, but LOTS of things.) I would NEVER disregard rules of moving vehicles or movers, as God forbid an accident should happen and you would be responsible. As for chemicals, you would not want to ruin your belonging or harm others.

💯 Tonette! I don't think it's ever a good idea to cut corners because we should want God's hand of blessing in our lives. That said, I know many people take that level of risk. Definitely not something I'm willing to do, but I'm not going to tell everyone else what to do either just encourage them to rethink it. Thanks for your prayers they are very appreciated! We have moved many times as a military brat lol, but this is the first time with a lot of preps. God bless!

Great info, thanks for sharing. I think most people really don't do a cost of transport / cost of replacement evaluation. Our daughter moved to the east coast and returned all of the prepper stuff - to include bang bang that I had purchased for her.

June 2021 I relocated from Daytona Beach Florida nack to Eastern Iowa (my hometown). Costly even with the bare minimum possessions, as i donated a lot of things prior to hitting the road

How about buying a storage container load it keep it for your land

We have no idea if we'll be able to get land or not. Where we're headed land is very expensive and we would have no place to store the container in the interim. I don't believe in buying anything sight unseen.

We have many big equipment..my husband refuses to let go..I threw out alot..brother in law and friends helped us move.. but mostly just me and my husband..would it be cheaper for a shipping container? That's what we did

Good Luck Faith 🤞🏼 I just moved and it was insane, moved all my food it was crazy. Ended up realizing I shouldn't have moved the food. My only option was donating it and I couldn't afford that

@@PreppingbyFaith most of my furniture aside from my bedroom set all the livingroom furniture got donated. I built an off-grid Cabin and it's awesome I'm loving it. Good luck I look forward to hearing about your adventures ❤️
