Recommend don't eat Dairy, many friends, asia, have it too. Lots of other substitutes....

Yeah it’s definitely the dairy thats causing breakouts. I break out every time I consume it too so I consume it very rarely now and my skin is so clear now. I exfoliate with African black soap and use Thayers witch hazel toner right after. Lastly I use a natural moisturizer. Hope this helps
