It’s so strange how things can turn around… I’m from Ukraine 🇺🇦 and I always wanted to travel more, to be able to live in different places and right now when war came to my country and I had to live my home, I only dream about going back 😔 even though many countries all over the world have opened their doors to Ukrainians, we all just wish to go back home. So I just want to say to everyone who’s reading my comment - don’t neglect your normal regular “routine” life, prioritize time that you spent with your family and close friends, enjoy every little thing whether it’s just taking your dog for a walk or going to the cinema with friends, collect memories not material things. Because life is so unpredictable, your world can turn upside down in any moment 🙏❤️

Vlogs are 100% my favorite KZbin content right now. Being someone who doesn’t really watch Insta Reels and doesn’t have a TokTok I’m definitely a fan of you incorporating most of your content on your Vlogs ♥️♥️ Also I moved away from my hometown because I got into dental school. Then I ended up meeting “the one” and he’s from a totally different area! So moving back definitely isn’t in the cards for me.

I love these San Diego Vlogs with your parents & doggie too. Taylor I'm 48 years (young) lol.. but when I was 18 I got married and moved out of state for 3 years. I moved back to Southern California and lived in different cities here and had my career & traveled. Had fun traveling for business & pleasure and for myself, as I got older I found myself needing my family more. I would like to move back home closer to them because, those moments & time together outweigh whatever I could want or achieve. I lost my Mom in 2018 and family is everything. All the rest falls into place...in our last days, the people in our life are what we take with us and remember, you can still travel and create. To me at least, home is family. I love the content and look forward to seeing more like it. Also, I'm sure you will make the right decision for yourself when you are ready.

I've been a runner most of my life and I adore the Brooks Adrenaline GTS shoes and they're very good for a variety of workouts as well! Also, I have high but weak arches (so really flat feet when I'm standing) and the blue Superfeet insoles are game changers for if you're standing on your feet all day. They're really structured though so they actually are not meant to be used for running/long walks because you want some natural pronation while you do those. Also, you should come visit Denver/Colorado in general for a bit in your nomad tour if you want seasons and mountains! Denver is actually a really great place for experiencing seasons without being in a hell of freezing cold and boiling hot 24/7 (speaking as someone from Nebraska and much more extreme seasons).

I love my brooks levitate. However, I was talking with my physical therapist and they said the zero drop minimalist shoes are actually the best for your feet 😆 they strengthen the little muscles and such in your arches and feet. I know it’s definitely a huge adjustment, but something to think about. I’m going to try it. I think it’s going to suck ass at first, but hopefully have long term benefits.

My boyfriend and I bought our house 2 hours away from the Bay so I won't be going back any time soon. It's also hard to leave the Bay and come back because of the huge price difference. If we could, I absolutely would. But I'm also enjoying a more suburban/river lifestyle that moving back to the bustling city would be overwhelming.

I think TikTok seems to have the most technical issues out of all the platforms… i follow Sammi Jefcoate (isn’t she awesome?)on there and she consistently needs to upload her tiktoks bc of tiktok glitches. It sucks bc her first video will have TONS of views then not as many people watch the reupload … so it affects views for sure. I’ve noticed it with quite a few people. Anyway, i love your vlogs… they’re truly my fave.

I grew up in bfe Ohio and moved away to texas at 19. Having gone back and visited, I would consider moving back. It’s beautiful and green and quiet and a great environment for raising kids. I am 21 now and married with our first baby on the way! I love the life I’ve built here and I don’t regret it for a second. I’d be totally content never moving back but it’s not off the list ya know. Grateful for mild winters 😂

Have you considered getting a Brazilian Blowout/Keratin? It just smooths hair and you shower, blowdry and go. No need to flat iron. It smooths all frizz, too. I did it several years ago, it worked for me...

Love to visit different cities but have settled in a midsized town about 30 minutes from my hometown. Travel while your are able.

Don't get the croc flat iron! It destroyed my hair over time (yes I used professional heat protectant & I've also been straightening my hair for 20 years). Check out the Bio Ionic 10x Pro Straightener if you're in the market. Best straightener I've ever used

Ok…..so. I’m going to open by saying I adore you and your videos, I’ve followed you for years and you’ve never steered me wrong, so I’m going to try and return the favor. 💗 I’m a full time triathlete and marathon runner and I advise folks about everyday and walking shoes all the time. I am begging you to go to your local running shop (they do more than just running) and get properly matched to a pair of shoes. For example - I own the Saucony Endorphin Speeds that you tried; they are my racing shoes because they have a nylon plate inside that springs to propel a running stride. Not at all a match for your needs. Also, whatever brand or shoe someone else loves may very well not work for you. They will scan your feet, watch you walk, and match you to a proper shoe for your needs, gait, and foot structure. You should not need additional arch support insoles in a properly fitting shoe. Just like you would get a professional bra fitting, or help with a proper custom foundation shade, this will change your life. If you spend that much time in your shoes, your whole body will thank you.

I’m going back next week for work and my mom was telling me about how different UTC was now since I worked at the Red Robin there in college (went to UCSD…and I’m old). Saw your shopping clip there and now I need to make a point to go check it out next week!

Bed Head After Party used to be my jam. Also, I have generally lived in the state that I was born in (Midwest) except for one year when I lived in Texas (outside of Houston). One of the many reasons why I left and came back to the Midwest was the lack of seasons, especially autumn. It truly broke my heart. That was over a decade ago. I know that you are considering a move to Austin, but it's definitely a factor to keep in mind. Love your vlogs, Taylor. 🖤

I've never been to San Diego (except a layover or 2). I would never move back home. The state I grew up in is one of the top 10 states people are moving to. No thanks. It's ugly, crowded and I'm just jaded. I would rather move back to Northern California. I'm loving the Gulf Coast in Mississippi and the Upper Peninsula in Michigan at the moment.

But I've had so many people ask me if I would ever move back to Texas and my answer is absolutely NOT. Do I miss the food? 100% other than that. No thank you. My goal for one day is to move to another country (preferably New Zealand) but never back to Texas. I love your vlogs! Taylor! For NA drinks, try Seedlip Spice 94. I've tried all 3 Seedlip flavors, and the spice is the best. It's not like pumpkin spice - it has a complexity of flavors that *kinda* mimics a cocktail. I like to add it to club soda.

Definitely moved away as soon as possible and never moving back. I suppose I'm lucky in a way because most of my family wasn't there to begin with and all but 1 immediate family member still lives there. Being from Alaska, I miss the mountains the most, and seeing the stars so clearly... and Northern lights (aka aurora borealis) if course... loved Seattle but now in North Carolina.... I'm surprised by how much I love it here. I have been here four years I have acclimated and LOVE this place, but only before and after pollen season 🤣 I also love all of the seasons❤️

I still live where I grew up on the central coast in California. I moved away for a year to LA after high school for college and came right back lol I hated my hometown growing up (it’s a smaller town, like 30k-40k people), and dreamt of moving to LA right after high school but once I did, I didn’t like it. I still love bigger cities and visiting new places, but as a 28 yr old now I definitely appreciate the small town vibe so much more. Although I do wish I lived closer to the big cities 🤷🏽‍♀️
