Girl I know the feeling of moving back to Michigan all too well. I moved back from Houston when my Dad got sick. Although it wasn't ideal, because I love Houston i'm so happy I made the decision to do so. I lived so far away from family for years, so this time that I'm spending being closer to them is really doing wonders for my soul. I'm truly praying for you sis. I'm praying for your family as well as your mental health during this transition. I love both apartments as well. The views from #2 are amazing, but the coziness and warmth of #1 is also so nice. Wishing you the best girl and sending you positive vibes and so much love ❤

Awwww stop you are literally the sweetest! Love & appreciate you so much🥹 yeah this has been the toughest 2 years of my life from my car accident injury to my mom’s illness, but I literally fly back to Detroit at least once a month and spend so much money on flights, Ubers, hotels, etc. so I’m like I might as well just come home, I’d save a lot in the long run, and there’s nothing more comforting than being around family🥹❤️ I also agree with you about both properties! #1 gives home, #2 gives lifestyle! I’m so torn😭😭😭😭 I wish I could combine the best aspects of both! Lol

Try Riverfront Apt. Tower 100. I use to live there. The best. They have two bedrooms and you can get multiple units and connect them! Good luck, Queen!❤

Season's Greetings and welcome back! So glad to see your smiling face once again and to see and hear that you're doing well. As for the apartments, I loved # 1, but # 2 had a few more bells and whistles and the view is unmatched. The way that I would make that decision I would use only one factor. Which one is going to offer me the "most" convenience to do what it is that I need to do.? Based off of that, I would go with # 1. If I worked from home, that personal space the first complex provided seemed to be optimal for someone that worked from home.

This video came just in time! Just graduated nursing school. No kids and wanting a dream high rise apartment with amazing views as a gift to myself for enduring school. I feel the same about eventually going to have to purchase a home for a future family, but for now while I’m in this era I HAVE to experience luxury downtown living. I can’t speak for all over, but the 2 featured in this video are around $3k+ a month😭 there’s definitely more affordable options here as well just depends on what you’re looking for and where.
