Moving Garlic in February?!

From everything I’ve heard and read, hardneck garlic is planted in the fall, LEFT ALONE until June when the flower stalk comes up (scape) and is harvested in July after all the green leaves start to brown at the tips.
So I’m doing the unthinkable and moving them just as they’re starting to come up. We’ll see if these work!
