Can you explain the process of getting a house! What income threshold made you think “I should own instead of rent”, I’m going to buy in LA versus somewhere else, did you just call a realtor and get going? Where do you even begin? What are some surprises along the way (what you wish you knew in the beginning), interior decorator or just slowly building your personal perfect space?, etc etc etc!!
