I've moved a few times with my family. First thing we always set up are the bedrooms followed by the kitchen and then loungeroom. First night is a home delivery dinner. Enjoy your new home.

Check for the couch legs under the couch if your couch has a little storage compartment . Sometimes movers put the legs in there

I think the breakfast nook in the sunroom is a perfect place to have a morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful views outside the big windows. It’s such a peaceful spot. Comfy chairs at the table would be ideal, can really relax at the beginning of the day.

Having moved from CA to NC, just to warn you, storms pop up all the time so your outdoor furniture is going to take a beating. In CA, it never rained all summer so no problem.

Just a thought but I love the chairs you put with your table , very comfortable and goes great with the rest of your furniture in that room. I love your excitement. How wonderful that you have cohesive furniture that works well in your new home. Happy 30th. I'll share my excitement at what happened in our 25 year old home. Our painter delivered our newly sprayed, painted 19 interior doors and installed them with new, fresh and clean hardware. White-white doors and matte black hinges and door levers, set us up to age in place with ergonomic levers. We had painted the door trim prior to the re-installation. I had considered getting new doors. Wow, I have new-old doors and I'm so happy! It is rewarding and wonderful to love our spaces.
