13 minutes?! I haven't got 13 minutes to spare! 13 minutes later. I really enjoyed that, I'll put it on again 👍

Yes, that guitar makes me think of late 70s/early 80s Mike Oldfield.

After all these years of following your videos Martin to find out you play some guitar too. Very tastefully I might add. I agree I don't always like guitar in electronic music but hearing this without looking. I feel you are playing the pedal and the guitar is just a controller.
@attorks3 жыл бұрын
Thanks. The pedal is not a controller in a sense that it produces MIDI or CV/Gate. It processes the audio from the guitar, so it is some kind of DSP to get synth like sounds.
@phlattgetit3 жыл бұрын
@@attorks I got that. Just meant the guitar sounds very synth-like through the pedal. If I wasn't watching I wouldn't have realized it was a guitar.

This is a stunningly beautiful track Martin. And I love the way you used that guitar. The way the track layers build and the hypnotic nature of the sequences that meander around my head is lovely to experience. Absolutely love this :)

Dude, this is so brilliant. And man I envy you your hands. I also had a Les, but had to give it up due to the shovels I have for hands. My huge fingers can't even play an E-dur without touching the strings on both sides. Maybe someday I'll try a three string and see if that works, but so far I haven't gotten further than "someday", and stick to full size keys. But enough about that. This is a brilliant track that sends you directly into the stratosphere. Love it. Happy new year mate, and thanx for this experience.

Thank you. And Happy New Year to you too. Yes, I am blessed with thin long fingers also maintained by my profession as an IT guy (typing in the keyboard all day ..).
