I moved out of an apt that I spent hours cleaning for the next person. Years later, we housed in our home some friends. In talking to them about past places we lived, we discovered their family was who moved into our old apt. She said she so appreciated how clean it was when she moved in. Ya never know. 😊

Don't worry about the portapotty. The bottom part is self contained. Just make sure you use the right treatment. The chemicals are environmentally friendly, and they clean the suit case-like bottom compartment. They also leave a pleasant small. The top part is cleaned just like any other toilet. When you're ready to dump, you detach the bottom, and you can even dispose of the contents in a regular toilet. Also, be careful not to cover the holes above your heat pump. They are there for ventilation.
