Definitely looks like rudbeckia maxima foliage, aka great coneflower. I planted them this year. Lovely tall flowers and the finches enjoyed them. Thanks for another great video!

Linda, thank you for showing what you use for your clay soil. Omg, we have terrible clay soil. Having an arborist come next week to put oxygen tubes next to most of our trees before pruning begins. We are in central California zone 9. This last week has been tough 😪. We also realized the three Liquid Amber trees we had were COMPLETELY decimated by red hump caterpillars. It was like a horror show. Anyway, I just love your channel and you 😊 and btw...you are the cutest dresser! I NEVER look that good and stylish while working in my yard 😂. Keep up the good work. Linda is your rosemary perennial? I have quite a bit in pots that I winter over in the greenhouse or inside my kitchen but I’ve never tried planting directly in my potager and wintering over. We are so close in zone that I think I will try a small one and see if it makes it in a protected area.
