Haven't listened to you guys in a while. But had heard so much hate towards your family. Was kind of bored today and decided to listen to one of your unplanned podcasts and man, you guys are great. I see you being genuine. I love how you don't try to come out perfect on social media. I see your marriage being a safe place, especially for your children. Please, don't give up on each other, be supportive of each other as you have been. Don't listen to haters, you carry a good light that irritatates the ones in darkness. Proud of you!

I just want to let you guys know that you are so uplifting! I know that you talk about deep and difficult things sometimes but in all your podcast has been making me feel so grateful and happy with my life. You two are so good at lifting each other up that listening has helped me to focus on the positive things in my life. It's also helped me recognize that my own relationship with my husband is so wonderful and I'm so blessed ❤️ I've begun showing him more appreciation and encouragement. I am 10 years older than you two but you guys are such a light and inspiration. This has become my favorite podcast. Thank you and I can tell Abby isn't a huge fan of the social media and vlogging part of the job but you seem to be loving the podcasting world and it seems to bring out some joy in you and it makes me so happy that you found a part of this journey that seemingly makes you happy 😊

As a gymnastics coach who is trained in concussions, you need to go get looked at. Especially since you have had one before. Undiagnosed concussions that aren't monitored can turn into a traumatic brain injury which is life altering. You also definitely shouldn't be going back to the gym or doing any kind of exercise until your doctor says it is safe to do so.
@2lea0123

Yeah, I was about to say, even minor concussions usually get you sent to a neurologist to make sure everything is ok. It’s important to go to a doctor.

A concussion is a type of traumatic brain injury, often refered to as mild traumatic brain injury in the medical field. However, it is true that return to physical/cognitive activity too soon after the injury can exacerbate or prolong the duration of symptoms. It's especially risky to get long term symptoms if you get another impact to the head soon after a concussion.

My husband and I always watch a show at the end of the day. It helps us unwind from the busy day with work and our little ones. Not once have I felt that it disconnects us. We love our downtime to sit and watch what we both enjoy and still chat before after or even during. Choosing to connect is a choice regardless of what activity you do once kids are in bed. Gotta do whatever works for each couple!

I think the way you do your podcast is wonderful. Very informative, respectful, honest, occas lighthearted( sense of humor…yes!) I respect the limits you’ve set regarding including your children. You won’t regret it…. Also, just delivering a podcast creates a healthy separation of work and home time. Meaning it insures family time that is intentionally private. You all keep on keeping on. You are appreciated, seen and respected. You’ve also included a lot of interesting couples and I don’t think you’ve ever judged them if they have included children. That’s important to be non judgemental while maintaining different boundaries from those you interact with. I’m a 68 yo gmother…mother of three, grandmother of 3. And I have 4 siblings… Take care, hope you enjoy continued success and you maintain your healthy boundaries! ✨🙏🏼✨

I relate to you so much Abby; as a mom its so easy to get into a habit of just pushing through whenever you are feeling bad or are literally in pain, so when your husband needs to rest and lie down with something it can feel very frustrating... like oh man common lol. but its important to remind ourselves that we all need and deserve rest :) Very nice of you to recognize and apologize for it!

I had 10yr copper IUD and got pregnant year 6 of having it and lost the baby. Pregnancy can happen with it and most of time u lose baby. U need to go get check just Incase and if u are and it's very early in maybe there is a chance of removing IUD and not having any complications and being able to carry baby. Praying for y'all. Please update us but my advice is go to Dr ASAP to get checked!!

Food is the first thing they can control that’s all it is. Persevere. They learn fast and one night hungry is better than a lifetime of a really picky eater. Simply because when their form of control works they will continue it just because it’s a learned behaviour. When my son did this I started involving him in the cooking progress. Taking him to buy the produce, getting him to wash it and help put it in pans etc and when he’d ’made it’s guaranteed he’d eat it all. But if I’d given it him no chance! 🥰 hope it Helps xx

Please get diagnosed properly! Especially when you are a spouse, a parent(anyone that is a caregiver). Gee, do it even for yourself, even. After my husband passed away @ 43 years young from cancer when our son was 4 years old, I had no choice but take my son with me if I had a Dr's appt. or had to go to urgent care or emergency room. Just like they say on the airplane with the oxygen(take the oxygen for yourself first, before you get those you are in caring for their oxygen).😊❤

RN here- head injuries due tend to bleed a lot its true. Also Abbey you should just take a pregnancy test- better safe than sorry. Especially since there can be a lot of pregnancy complications with an IUD. Getting pregnant with an IUD is more common than you would think. My aunt got pregnant with my little cousin on an IUD.
@hey10124
@hey10124 2 ай бұрын
And pregnancies on IUD’s can often end up being ectopic which needs to be addressed sooner before it ruptures a tube and becomes life threatening. Just for peace of mind I would reach out to my OBGYN and ask for a blood test for good measure. Nowadays it’s typically fairly easy to message through a portal and have a lab order sent to your preferred lab so you can pop in and out real quick.

If your kiddos love to climb get them nugget couches! I bought two for Xmas when my kids were 1 and 3, they are 4 and 6 now and it is STILL their favorite thing to play with. They can build forts, obstacle courses, climb, slide, use them as couches for popcorn and movie nights, or use them as extra beds for sleepovers. They are pricey but it is literally the best money I’ve ever spent on a “toy.”

Yessss!! Start teaching him now to skate asap, I’ve got two boards for my godson who’s two and him and his dad practice all the time. I love teaching him and seeing the joy and wonder on his face. It’s the best thing in the world.

Hey Matt & Abby! I have been listening to your podcast from the beginning and have seen almost every episode…except for a dozen that might be triggering or too intense. As for your personal channel, I think I started watching you when you first announced your 1st pregnancy to Matt. I absolutely love your content and your family! I’m a huge fan of y’all! 👋🙈🥰👏
