I love how different these couples are and how honest they are about their differences. These differences didn’t stop them from being so supportive of each other ♥️ Pretty refreshing content in a world that tells you to be afraid or judgemental of people who are different from you.

It’s been like listening to my own story back when Bec talks about her cancer. My breast cancer diagnosis in 2015 at age 33 I was so fit and healthy but continued to think it was all about food and was obsessed with what I was eating. My stage 4 metastatic diagnosis in 2017 made me look into therapy, mediation, mind set, joy and social connections. So I’m still here with a peace of living with Cancer that’s makes me love every single day. Thanks Bec for bringing your story to a larger platform people need hope and an understanding that we can live a fantastic life while having what is classed as terminal cancer.

@@AmandaJ__ I have 3 weekly infusions to stop it taking over my body again I have had times where it was in my Liver, bones then brain but currently the cancer tumours I have are very small don’t effect my life in any way. So even though I do western medicine I think my positive mind set and stubbornness to watch my children grow up has helped me keep it under control as well. I currently go to the gym, swim, walk, yoga and would say I’m pretty fit for a cancer patient.

Thank you for opening up about how you're healing yourself, Bec! So glad to hear that your scans/bloodwork are improving. It gives me so much hope. My mom had breast cancer in 2022/23 (hoping it stays away), my dad currently has metastatic prostate cancer, and I have a range of autoimmune & chronic pain diagnoses. This year, I read Dr. Gabor Mate's book "When the Body Says No" and the links between stress and disease are massive. Seeing you change your mindset & outlook sets an amazing, trailblazing example and I wish you a long, happy, and healthy life 💚

❤❤❤All of you!! Bec is so accurate with energy healing. I’ve been spending the last two months in nature, hiking , walking, sitting and the way it has transformed my mental health has been life changing, almost euphoric, I haven’t felt this happy and at peace in years. I now know how much other peoples energies affect your wellbeing . Last weekend I spent the night at my friends house with her husband and two teenage children, the energy wasn‘t great, the couple were fighting in front of their children and I could feel the angst and sadness with all 4 energies. Long story short, the following day I woke up extremely sad and depressed, completely depleted. I realized that being in a negative environment was 100% the cause of my sadness the following day, I went right into nature, shed a few tears, listened to upbeat music and just knew this shall pass, and it did. 2 days later I am feeling so much better, but wow that was a total eye opener

You are both amazing couples and I don’t say this lightly but with depth. I want you to know how important both your podcasts and your social media presence are. It is so uplifting to have a glimpse into the lives of compassionate, thoughtful, authentic, strong, creative and loving souls. You bring so much in depth meaning into how fulfilled lives can be lived - Through struggles and joy. Unfortunately there will always be negativity out there. We live in a reality where positivity and negativity reside. Often the negativity shouts the loudest in response to the negative persons trauma and personal pain and these people find kindness love and light irritating to their psychi even though it may be unconscious. I am truly grateful for your courage and all the inspiration and beauty you bring to us.

Similarly, when my husband and I met, it was very quickly 'together forever' mentality. Us against the world. We were highschool sweethearts, started dating when we were 15. We got married right after college (literally, planned our wedding for two days after graduation) -- AND *he took my last name*! :) Been together 21 years now and married for 13!

Bec does meditations by Dr. Joe Dispenza - I would highly recommend reading his books (early ones first to understand the science behind his kind of meditations - they are a little different from mainstream 😉). For example: Breaking the habit of being yourself. Or: you are placebo - amazing fascinating books with a lot of wisdom). ❤

Your treatment and what you believe to be true is so powerful! I started having conversations with survivors and generally something happened within a couple years of being diagnosed. Furthermore, when I looked into my breast cancer and now endometrial (potentially ovarian) I realized how big of a role what you are discussing plays. Theres so much more as I’m sure you’re aware. I heard your podcast about you no longer identifying with cancer and your bio markers improving and am cheering you on! Keep kickin ass! It’s already done 💕💕

Love Eamon and Bec ( I’m also Canadian 🇨🇦)…. I’ll be 65 the end of October. I don’t have children. I wanted children but I knew I couldn’t do it all on my own. It’s one thing if your partner leaves, marriage breaks down, or your partner passes. Early on I thought that I would have found my someone that would be a good husband and father. I’ve met some interesting people however not quite certain that they’d be dad material ( came really close once) or the thought I wasn’t wife or mom material or whatever. As I got older I knew Zo definitely didn’t have it in me to be a single parent especially as serious medical issues started and when you are a nurse, of any king you need to be physically in good shape. I started with AS which comes under Rheumatoid Arthritis to make it easy for you. I already had Fibromyalgia and going for acupuncture, chiropractic, physio, massage therapy and meditation sessions while I was undergoing all these tests so they could figure me out and try to maintain function enough to work. As it was my life took a dramatic turn as I had to stop downhill skiing ( every winter I skied- until I couldn’t), I also did cross country and water skiing- no more, the same with ice skating then physically the pain level. Trying to make the best of things by saying to myself maybe my Mr Right is in the city but on the wrong street 😊. I don’t think anyone would be able to stick it out with me at the present, both hips are bone on bone Osteoarthritis so I need 2 new hips. Mr Right has decided he can’t handle me so he decided to skip the country now. 🤪 I have known a couple of couples on my brother in law’s side of the family where health and time to have a baby came before the marriage. Some women are prone to have polyps or cysts in their uterus or prone to ovarian cysts. These girls have been followed by Gynaecology and told that it is likely that they will need to start families soon because they will require a hysterectomy before they are forty. So when you’re in a relationship and feel secure in that relationship and have planned on getting married, priorities change and one couple had a small wedding at the family cottage in the lake (no not in Ontario, but in another province), they cut down on the food budget and went for the mason jar glasses for the drinks and had sort of a simple country wedding at the cottage. People don’t know what they have to face, fertility issues, having eggs stored. Expensive stuff. You have to make hay while the sun shines. Maybe you aren’t going to have the dream “princess wedding” but choosing family first and a smaller more inexpensive intimate wedding. ❤

Both couples are enjoyable to watch so to see y’all together is great! Listening to how others view and approach various things is interesting. Also, Thailand currency is baht. That is likely what Eamon was thinking. Nepal, India, and Pakistan all have their own country’s rupee (Nepali rupee, Indian rupee, Pakistani rupee) as currency. Keeping track of each country’s currency can get confusing. This was such a fun episode to watch!

Awesome episode! Bec and Eamon are such wonderful people and so down-to-earth and funny. The currency in Thailand is baht. The most wonderful thing my friends did for us when my husband died suddenly was put together a basket of gift cards and menus so when I was struggling, I had easy dinner for the kids, which we could use for months. When people brought prepared food, there was too much so it became so much stress for me. We had no room in the fridge, had to throw much out which made me feel guilty and so much went bad before it was eaten. I now set up the gift card basket for any friend going through grief, cancer, surgery, etc.

I just watched this podcast. I connect a lot with Bec. I did not change my name as I do not see why I need to change my identity just because I got married. It was a fight with my husband. Ultimately it was a matter of him having to accept my decision or we call the whole thing off. My kids do have their father’s last name because it didn’t matter to me. I know they are my kids and their name doesn’t change that. As to the letter for Canadians. I actually get the template from the US Border website - not Canada. I have crossed dozens of times with my kids and never had to show it. My SIL, who did take her husband’s name, was denied crossing into the States because she did not have a letter. So it really depends on the border agent.

Wow, I have followed eamon and Bec for a long time now and have loved them all the way through! To Bec, in England, we have to have a letter from the parent to say that this is my child and it's ok for them to travel. It's completely crazy! Keep doing what you're doing, you are so amazing!! X

I think its a safety measure and I am ok with it. There are too many horror stories of missing children or kidnaps.

Meditation and hypnosis are very powerful. I use them, and it's helped me tremendously.
