hey izzy, i don’t know if you’ll even see this but it’s worth a shot! I did your train with izzy program on MWU a while ago and i haven’t been able to get back into working out since it ended. I noticed that during that time not only was i feeling better physically but it was the best i have felt mentally! It might be a long shot but i know im not the only one feeling this way and feeling motivated by you, can you please please make another train with izzy program and make it available for longer? it could be pilates at home body sculpting… whatever you’re into right now.
