Hey nice setup! Ever think about adding a recirculating line after the pump, that way you can keep that stuff in suspension better, and cut down on the amount of sludge on the bottom? Just have a valve after the pump that can divert in back to the tank. Just a thought!

When we brought our dairy cows in from the pasture for the winter, my dad always added molasses to their food in order to prevent scours.

It shows the most closeness that you both have in terms of a father/son relationship. I had that same thing until October 6, 2021. I lost my dad, Mr. Weaver. Congrats to you and your wife. One tip on the molasses, wrap it is some heat padding for winter. On our farm we used to pump molasses and it would freeze in the winter if it wasn’t wrapped or if the hose didn’t get drained back to the tank
