I love the idea of a sign that lights up when he's doing his shocking thing. However, before you build/buy the actual sign you should run tests to see how effective it'll actually be. I would probably go with a basic "Danger" sign.

I'm glad your tanks are getting more and more scape. I hate the bare-bottom. The eel isn't my favorite mainly because he takes such a huge space. BUT he's still cool and yes a sign that says "back off" or "F off" would be cool

Oooooooo do Java moss and shrimp!!!! I’ve seen it done at Dallas world aquarium in 2020 it was a stuuuunning tank but rather small for a 5-6ft electric eel but the plants where beautiful
