People need to realize, especially sa magsisimula palang na owning a property is a liability dn. You have to know first what you need at kung ikaw lng ba o for family. Talagang iba2x yan sa mga tao, i was renting before kase nga hndi ko dn pa sure kung kaya ko and syempre ung place dn ng work kelangan dn isipin. But now that i have a daughter, mas iisipin mo na ung kung san ka magssettle na permanently. Congrats po ❤

Condo for a 1 bedroom is very nice. Spacious ang dining area and you don't feel locked in, unlike other condos na super tinipid. Good decision to rent this. May I know the developer please? Tnx.
