Honestly, your last house was creme de la creme. It was literally iconic. The kitchen is okay, still cute but I know you loved the galley kitchen you had in your first nyc apartment. The heartbeat of a house is usually the kitchen but yours will be the living room. Amazing original floors. I will say this house does have more charm and character, nyc style. Enjoy being back directly in the city. We may have our opinions but YOU are the one paying the rent monthly. Do what you gotta do Mai.

i’ve been watching your videos since you lived in canada and have felt like i’ve grown up with you. i’ve dealt with similar issues in running away at the a similar ages 14-17 (i’m 19 now turning 20 soon) and grew up so early. i’ve always dream of living in such places and you’ve encouraged and picked me up on days i felt so drained mentally i deal w bpd too so learning that as im maturing has been a journey. i actually read atomic habits 3 years ago due to one of your videos and it changed my life i’ve know accomplished one of my dream cars an audi rs5. and am planning to move out with my long time friend of 10 years to chicago. i started my first business aug 2023 and am lowkey failing college because of working a full time serving job on top of following entrepreneurship. i’m scared of dropping out of college and following entrepreneurship but college and working kills me. i have so many dreams and ambitions i have read a couple of books since 48 laws of power, ceo of investing and been an avid podcast listener it truly drives me. is there any advice you would give? and most importantly congratulations on this all you deserve it all 🥰
