Moving to Ballantyne, NC and the South Charlotte Community

Im a NC newby from Vegas, I live in Ballantyne and love it! I havent found the need to go uptown etc everything either here or next to here and the schools are excellent, if we could get rid of the humidity and bugs it be paradise, your channel is very helpful and your videos are great glad I found you, Im passing you on to fam that are coming.

I live right by the bowl very excited for that to be done. I hope in the future the Blue Line extends down this way because 77 makes getting to uptown unbearable. Very affordable place to rent it is also one of the safest areas in Charlotte.
