Astounding. There is not a single room on the property I don’t love. The design of the wallpapered bathroom is so wonderful I don’t even care about the wallpaper! All three kitchens are dreamy. I simply adore the guesthouse. Those three metal steps are a fantastic use of creative design. The arches, that inset bed, hidden closets. Bravo to the owners who have done a superb job! The suburbia location of this property will be the compromise selling point to the couple who can’t agree on countryside vs in town.

oh, you got me .. i mentality donned my apron as i smelled the ragu cooking as you entered. you wowed me right at the start! and i sighed when you stepped into the dining room! this. is. home. to me. i think my heart melted! i paused the video so i could curl up on the couch in the living room too! so beautiful nick. the staircase just beckons.. i wouldn't change one inch of this lovely and intimate space. this property is captivating!!! it looks storybook to me. i really love this place! my grandchildren would love to come and play hide and seek at grammy's house were this place mine! this video did my heart good, nick... thank you so much for a tour that has made a deep, wonderful, impression on me :)

This is such a beautiful house. I wouldn’t call it traditional, I would say romantic. 💕 so much love, so much creativity. The curtains in the third bedroom look like made of pieces of antique (?) lace. The kitchen sink in the guest house is just marvelous. Love it all. Thank you again

Best wishes to Gail/Gale. A number of my family members didn't even get the chance to go through chemo, just getting that chance means so much in the fight. It is very difficult but any chance to spend more time with your loved ones means so much. My father lived about two weeks after diagnosis and was only somewhat coherent for about 5 days of that, my sister gave birth just a few weeks later and we would have given anything for him to have seen his grandson. May you cherish your time with those you love for many years to come.

😍 WOW! We LOVE it! If only we could afford it. Its not often I say I love it all through the house. I Love the Kitchen. I love the toilet cistern on the wall with a pull chain. The bathroom SINKs are beautiful. The outside dining area is perfect. The multiple levels, the floors, the doors, the fireplaces, the ceilings. The entire restoration is right up our alley. Especially the reclaimed aspects of each room. The secret wardrobes, the partly plastered walls. The squeaky floor boards. Even the wallpaper and the 3 wheeler antique bike, not to mention the picture frame day bed. Twice today we asked you questions as we were watching and uncannily you answered perfectly both times. It was surreal. Tom also guessed the price on the knocker today! What a great property Nick. Thankyou so much for your hard work. ❤️🐕❤️❤️🇦🇺🦘

Am I the only one who can see myself going head over on the stairs from the wet area in the master bath of the main house...? Otherwise stunning with loads of character. Not at all bothered by the location (you can be too quiet)- I see proximity to a good-sized centre (Arezzo is beautiful) as a bonus! I agree with every comment. This is our absolute favorite!! And Arezzo happens to be our target location. We have been to and love their antiques market. (We were there this past September for my husband’s birthday and happened to also experience the Giostra del Saracino!) Nick - you nailed it on this one. Sadly, it’s over our budget by about €500k but simply stunning! I don’t think I’ll ever find another like it when the timing is right! We are still 2yrs from moving but I watch you every weekend!
