S.E. Texas boy here, that's lived in Phoenix 😳 for the last 16yrs. We're getting ready to move to the Loveland-ish area (job opportunity). Looking for a house to buy right as we speak.. We considered loveland of Fort Collins didnt work, but it worked so... :D Downtown Loveland is great, and the lake too.

I lived in Brooks towers on 16th Street downtown denver. We had our own fires all the time. It was terrible

My boyfriend and I are looking to move to the front range from Omaha, assuming the Fort Collins area would be the best transition for us, we like the suburban feel and grid system. I’m finding the prices of apartments in Loveland more affordable for a place with the amenities and space we are looking for! Can’t wait to visit and scope out the area. Love this channel 💗

Fairgrounds Dog Park and Mehaffey Park have dog park sections if you haven't checked them out already. I'm not a dog owner so not claiming how great these are for that. I grew up in Loveland and still visit once a month to see family (in Arvada now).
