Navarre local, we have been here for 6 years. Housing prices have been thru the roof, since we moved here. We love it here we are a more laid back beach town, but we are growing. Like Tim said best of both worlds, halfway between Pensacola and Destin. Also Milton is starting to expand their restaurant and bar scene.

We stayed there for a week last summer in july and it was amaaaazzzing. I will definitely be bk agsin in july. I dont think id move there though
