Is there a Panama visa like the Costa Rica Rentista? The Costa Rica rentista visa is a temporary residency visa that allows foreigners to live in Costa Rica. The visa is initially issued for up to 2 years but it can be continually extended for up to 10 years. One way to obtain rentista is to prove that your monthly income is at least $2,500. This is simple and straightforward to prove, they don't ask for lifetime income etc. After 3 years, one can apply for permanent residency.

Hello! 👋 unfortunately our options require under Pensionado Visa that the income is for a lifetime. We have the investment options that leads to permanent residency and the temporary options for up to 5/6 years but they don’t lead to permanent residency. Saludos ☝️

@@PrimeSolutionsTaxLegal The problem is many people defer social security until 65 or 67 or even 70 years. So it is harder to prove pension at 60. Can you please clarify what the temporary options for upto 5/6 years are? What income and documentation is required for this temporary visa? Thanks.

Can you give a little more information about the Temporary Visa for US Citizens? I can't find any information online about this visa. All I can find is US citizens don't need a visa, just their passport for up to 6 months. With this new US president, I don't want to rely on a passport alone. So what is needed to get this temporary visa if you are not a digital nomad?

Hello! Sure, with this visa you can show that you will open an LLC, work or study in Panama 🇵🇦. Most people show the LLC route as is quite straightforward and easy. You can watch this video I made: Panama Temporary Visa for US citizens kzbin.info/www/bejne/h4irfmxnm5KMqq8

Hi. I'm from Brazil. Can I open a Panamanian foundation and hire myself in order to get the friendly nations visa? This also guarantees my wife and kids visa? Thank you.

Yes, absolutely. Your family is also secured.

Yes you can! Not with foundation but with Panama LLC or Corp.
