Welcome! Braga is a great decision. I usually say that the real Portugal is north of the Mondego River...! Braga's only problem is the recent invasion of Brazilians. In the midst of the confusion came many unwanted people...

What are unwanted people? How are the Brazilians a problem for Braga? I see Brazilians daily at the gym, in restaurants, in cafés, and even delivering Uber eats. My wife sees Brazilian hairdressers and estheticians and praises them highly. They are just people trying to earn a living like everyone else and they take jobs that most Portuguese don't want to take. They speak the language, are usually very outgoing, and are just as honest as the Portuguese. I personally see no problem and in many ways they bring more diversity to Portuguese society.

Vives mesmo em Braga ou vês noticias pela net, todos temos defeitos e uns mais que outros e na verdade quem está a segurar Braga é a mão de obra estrangeira porque a maior parte dos bracarenses emigraram e os novos habitantes são chulados pelos que cá ficaram (escravatura moderna) os unicos que se aproveitam da nacionalidade são os que andam por aí a aproveitar os benefícios do estado e não contribuiram nem com um suor nem um cêntimo para o estado e ainda por cima falam um dialecto do castelhano

Using this line on thinking, you don't deserve to use the Portuguese symbol that is part of the Portuguese flag. The real Portuguese people are much more open minded and do not forget their past neither their present. Here in North America, there are more than two million of Portuguese background people, from first, second, third, fourth and so on generations. You should be welcoming these people instead of being unkind, they bring wealth to the country, think about it.
