What kind of skills can o acquire before coming to Slovakia

Can the wife go for a masters before the husband decide to apply for family reunification or the main applicant must be the husband? I also want to know if the main applicant has to be on a student visa or work visa

Yes you can, you need to get a resident card first in Slovakia before applying for family reunification. There are also extra funds required for it. Check IOM slovakia. Everything is there
