I stayed listening to your video when I seen Raiders logos in the background that did it for me, because I'm born and raised in South LA walking to Raider games as a kid but I'm thinking about buying property soon hopefully within a year but I have a friend that's been living in Temecula for over 20 years now 🫡🏴‍☠️🙏🏽

Honest upfront. Well presented with images to support the variety of communities. That stretch of 15 that he mentioned is horrendous. It was probably 6 years ago when i first found out and got off the freeway. I found out that there are no other options, and while my gps suggested this to save 7 min so did everyone before me, which obviously added to the misery. I will add that right along the freway are some enormous boulders probably 50+ tons and ranch homes n smaller businesses that I explored to mitigate the added misery i found by hitting accept on my gps. Post script: nice to plug in your sports fan aside. For guys like us its nice to hear!

what about gov newsom's new tax bill hes pushing? .30 cents a mile for everyone who drives. he's ruined your state, 2.5 billion deficit to 65? wtf?

I feel that every state has it's negatives and i'm sure those who choose to live in California are aware of those things but California has a lot of upsides as well which is why there are still a lot of people living here and moving to and or back to California. Appreciate your comment though!

That was in 2022 and 2023 because of covid. Now you are seeing many of those that left during the pandemic for states like Texas/Arizona/Florida moving back, well the ones that can afford to move back.
