I would definitely get another set of the chairs. You can always put the 4th in a closet or the office space as an extra for if you have other people over. Also, you will probably have that table for a long time so you might want 4 in the future!

LIFE TIP: you have a front loading washer! If you didn’t know, that gasket around the door that seals the water in can get moldy super fast between uses! If you can leave the washer door open to dry, definitely do!

Quick tip! Get felt bottoms for the chair/table legs for 3 reasons. 1. You don’t wanna risk scratching up the tile. 2. It will help preserve the appearance of the bottom of the legs. 3. Courteous to your down stairs neighbors anytime a chair is pulled out/slid back or pushed in/scooted in. Your apartment is looking gorgeous! Love all the wood! I wish I could be this organized. If you want a pop of color in your bathroom I’ve seen people suggest eucalyptus plants since they love the humidity and I think also gives benefits to you.

Not sure if someone else has mentioned this but I would recommend getting felt furniture pads for the dining table and chairs. They’re sold at Target and Bed Bath & Beyond. And they come in assorted sizes. Since you’re renting it would be best not to leave any scratches in the tile and it protects your furniture as well!

Your bathroom organizing was super satifying haha -- I'm on such an organizing streak right now, it's a little nuts lol. One thing I would recommend from experience (I've lived in like, 5 apartments on my own in three different states) is if it fits, I would switch your leaning ladder bookshelf with your nightstand. Technically your breaker box should be unobstructed so you can access it when needed, and if something in your apartment requires you reset a breaker (I used to overload a kitchen circuit a lot in a couple apartments, always had to reset it because the breaker would pop) you'll be having to move that entire bookshelf just to reset a breaker. Another thing that works is getting like a canvas painting and using the command picture hanging velcro strips to put it over the door so you just have to pull the canvas off, worst case. That way you still have easier access, and it's just pulling a picture off instead of moving a shelf, and you don't have to see the door all the time. Also if maintaince has to do something with it for whatever reason, I'd rather they have to get past the picture than deny service because of the shelf being in front of it. Little decorative hanging cloth "tapestry" things also work well and can hang on a single command hook and drape over the door. Everything else looks great! Hope that helps! Good job with all your furniture building!!!

A little tip to save you from future trouble! Keep the electronic stuff such as the curling iron away from the sink or below the sink where you put some of them. In case of pluming problems, water might ruin the devices and worse case scenario you dont realise and end up getting electrocuted! Stay safe and keep them away from potential water spillage!
