Houston will let you customize whatever space you want. I went to professional school there. I really had a great time and I moved there from the DMV also. Shout out To the Mecca!💙❤️it’s a very diverse place. While in dental school, I had AA, Latin /Caribbean, West African, East African , Jewish , Asian, European friends from both US and Europe. I created my own space and moved thru all those cultural spaces very embraced by all. The Arts ( Museums, Galleries and performing Arts are top notch. I have a feeling it will be great for you plus you’ll get to have that growth of being away from Maryland which will allow you space for personal growth. If you can survive the summer, Fall, Winter and Spring will be divine. I hope I wasn’t to long winded .
