excellent video. StrengthBox would be the gym I would go to if I still lived in Toronto.

I love this place! Very knowledgeable staff - particularly in the Olympic lifts and gymnastics moves. They go beyond teaching and developing clients in the strength domains as they also work on metabolic conditioning, balance, agility, climbing and much more! I really like the way they have stretched my ideas about what fitness is, as I practice these skills/exercises with the useful (and naturally instinctive) intent of defense and survival (escaping, evading, balancing and attacking). It's fun

@korvix if you research it, the founder of MovNat doesn't say its the only way. MovNat is about natural movement skills. i love powerlifting and used to do the same ratio as you but ask yourself why you have to pick one over the other. specialization is one-dimensional. being strong is important, but so is flexibility, agility, endurance, speed, balance, defending yourself, etc. if a person wants to develop physique, cool, but i aim to still move - lift/run/climb at 60, heck, why not 90.

looks cool, but i prefer strict high resistance training deadlift 2.5x bw and squat 2x bw - much more satisfying and return on investment is greater in terms of physique development / time spent training

The movement aspects of this would benefit from evolving and incorporating parkour. After all, parkour evolved from this, and holds similar philosophies.

@grantsinmypants2 do you know the meaning of mutually exclusive? Someone who trains as an olympic sprinter is training in a particular skill, while burning fat and gaining muscle. so the answer could be both, however it's not as they are doing lots of different skills. so fat loss/muscle gain.
