Okay, no. You have a lot of your info wrong. 1. Fans did not create the faces of Vocaloids. Having an anime styled mascot was brought in from Japan in hopes of having more popularity of the Vocaloid program. After Crypton did this with Meiko and Kaito, they saw that what they had hoped for turned out to be successful, thus leading them to make a deisgn for Miku and the others. The fad of official avatars just spread out after that. The only Vocaloids with fan-made deigns are Leon, Lola, and Miriam, due to the fact that they were never given any official designs 2. It's not right to say that Vocaloid is fan-made, and that Crypton never had any intention of making Miku. Crypton does sponsor fan-made stuff, but that's basically the whole point of Vocaloid; it's to give a chance to music producers and artists to get their stuff well known through Vocaloid. Saying Vocaloid is "fan-made" makes it sound as if Miku and the others were created by fans only. There would be no such thing known as Vocaloid if the companies did not supply us with the programs for it. The fans rely on the companies, therefor it is not a "fan-made" thing, it is only fan-based. 3. I believe you mean UTAU, not Vocaloid. You have to be a well known voice actor, preferably one who can sing, in order to even have a slight chance at getting your own Vocaloid made. Well, that's in Japan at least. Vocaloids of other languages mostly tend to have singers for their voice providers. Even so, you don't need to be an active person in that community or MMD program to get a UTAU of yourself, considering the fact that the program to create one is free and available to everyone. 4. Yowane Haku was /not/ the original concept for Miku. Yowane Haku was inspired by music producers who did not know how to use Miku very well and often gave her a lower pitched voice. She is basically the failed version of Miku, which is what givers her the ideal of being depressed. 5. I'm laughing at how you think Gumi got her design. Have you even seen her voice provider? They look nothing like that, so I highly doubt she made such a command. I believe you're the Vocaloid noob here. I will gladly link you to any articles that back up my argument.

Ok, I'll join in just for the fun of it I'm 15, and think that Role playing is fine Everyone does it at some point, it helps to try and be someone else, it helps with the daily stress... But it can get taxing as well. Just as long as you don't lose who you truly are, then it's fine to be someone else for a little while. Just remember to never lose yourself, your true self.

I've met so many friend through roleplay, ones I can turn to when it seems my ones in real life have failed me. They're not replacement to real life friends but some are just as good. I guess I'll introduce myself as well. My name is Ellie, I'm Gumi's age, and I like to pretend to be someone else. I think it's quite all right to roleplay; it lets me escape my real life and come to one where I don't have to worry about being shanked at school or whatever. I don't think I'm physically, mentally, or emotionally hurting anyone with it, so I find it like acting over the internet with a set scene. I think this is excellent as well. It's helpful in going to sleep at night.
