Live concert fragments of Sinfonia Rotterdam accompanying Bram van Sambeek during a performance of the Bassoon Concerto by Mozart, KV 191. The concert took place in March 2010 in the Hoflaankerk in Rotterdam and was conducted by Conrad van Alphen. Recently Brilliant Classics released a Cd of Bram van Sambeek and Sinfonia Rotterdam performing bassoon concertos by Vivaldi, DuPuy, Villa Lobos and Olthuis. While I liked it in general - I feel where was a bit too much embellishment. At :17, it sounds like a wrong note...

it's an appoggiatura, just adding some ornamentation, he's making it interesting after hearing it for the 1,230,597th time

It was a wrong note and he is human after all if you are focusing on a one wrong note you shouldnt even listen to this insane performance . You clearly dont deserve to listen to this.

He actually just cracked a note there. It's a live performance and these things happen.
