Over the years I grow a little weary of this piece of music but today this fine flutist has restored my interest after hearing this wonderful interpretation. There was a lot of energy and beauty coming through the performance with good style, singing quality, sensitivity, and just overall doing everything possible to make this a first rate performance. Thank you very much for sharing this and keep up the good work! It was a breath of fresh air and I think this is a very fine flutist who is beyond reproach today. Love the French style here too; very effortless playing.

That's so odd. Because he wrote more than just this concerto for flute. I put it like that because we all know that the concerto in D was written for oboe in C.
