My mom used to play this alot until 2,5 years ago. She got a disease where her arms and eventually her entire body would get weak. This song always puts a smile on my face because I think its very pleasant to listen to. I will never listen to this the same way than before because she has passed at 48 years old and I was only 16 years old... Rest in peace mom

@@StaLeninosus Mozart's "Rondo alla Turca," is often called the "Turkish March" because it imitates the lively and rhythmic style of Turkish Janissary bands, the military ensembles of the Ottoman Empire. In 18th-century Europe, there was a fascination with Turkish culture, and composers like Mozart incorporated elements of Turkish music-such as bold rhythms, percussive effects, and bright, repetitive melodies-into their works. The piece mimics the sounds of cymbals, bass drums, and shrill woodwinds, capturing the energetic and exotic essence of Turkish military music, which was widely admired and imitated in European classical compositions of the time.
@StaLeninosusАй бұрын
@@alperenayten4722 Yes, I agree. But the reason he wrote a music like that, because Mozart was Austrian. Austrian and Ottoman empires were at risk of having a war at the time. Mozart wrote a music for them with the logic "Here is some music... just don't attack us". Surely he didn't like them almost attacking Austria (they eventually did though).

This is my 3rd time practising this. I practised this when I was 11 years old and I'm 13 now but still have the taste of this masterpiece. I played this for ALL ISLAND COMPETITION OF PIANO SOLO IN SRI LANKA 2023 and got 1st place.🎉🎉🎉 Like everyone who want to support me... I use to play this song's first and second section when I was 7 years-old. But when I was 10 years I practised upto the octaves and that fast paced ones and in year 2023 when I was 13 years I put it ontp he test and won 1st place 🥹🥹🥹 Let's take this comment to 10k likes. Make me own it... Thanks for reading if yoy read this far

Just a word of advice for people who are struggling to play this song because of not fully understanding the timing or struggling to learn both hands: Make sure that you don't try and learn both hands at the same time- if you're having trouble it's best to really concentrate on the timing of individual hands (or at least that's what worked for me) also about the people who can't play it because of small hands and octaves and stuff; have you tried improvising the parts that you find difficult to play? Granted,It may not sound as good as the original, but it's better than letting the size of your hands limit what pieces you play :) (Ik the struggle I first played this piece when I was 12 and had to stretch my hands out until I felt like my fingers were being pulled off, bad times tbh) But either way, once you've listened to the piece a few times and really understand the structure it's not as hard as it looks :)

@perrin63686 жыл бұрын
Corbin Doucette, though with some pieces what you have said is true, this song inparticular requires delicate and precise finger placements, that can only be developed with hours of practise. I think that OC was right in his advice. Practise hands separately until you are VERY confident (especially with the right hand!)
@Andromeda-mz1qk6 жыл бұрын
Actual trash thank you I’m thirteen, have small hands, and I can never reach the keys lol
@lunaco39716 жыл бұрын
Actual trash another tip is to SLOW DOWN you’d be surprised how much it really helps when you slow down and take your time in each section. You won’t even think you’re playing fast a first but when you really slow down- say to like 40% the speed of the piece it really helps when you go back to full speed

I wouldn't classify it as talent but as sheer discipline and determination. As a pianist myself, I don't consider my musical capabilities as a talent but instead, something I've acquired because of my discipline. But nonetheless, I agree with the rest of what you've said. Performing classical music is indeed unmatched in any genre of music!
@hmvollbanane1259 Жыл бұрын
At least playing is more about discipline than anything else. I have very few talent for it, but with enough determination I am slowly (don't have much time for it anymore) but surely learning this piece. Of course there are also talented (and still very disciplined and hard training) people who can play songs by just reading the notes or after a couple of repetitions, but with enough persistence anyone regardless of talent can play stuff like Für Elise and this song (they are pretty much the gateway from beginner/intermediate pieces to the actually hard stuff) and Mozart in particular seemed to have had a hand for "pleasant" handmovements as e.g. the faster part in this after the accords just feels completely natural to play whereas with other pieces/composers there are often some traps where you have to play something different than what your mind would expect - which takes, at least me, a ton of time to memorize, whereas in this piece everything from beginning to end just seems to flow seamlessly into eachother

Inidutili Roblox that’s great man. I’ve been playing for about 2 and a half months now. I can play gymnopedie, and chopins prelude in E minor. They’re fairly slow and easy, that’s why I chose them. I’m currently learning Howls moving castle theme. I’m still struggling with my sight reading, not very fluent at it, but manage all the same. How’s your sight reading improved after 5 months?
@inidutiliroblox10105 жыл бұрын
@@jaredprice5823 I improved it by memorizing where the notes are placed, and where notes started, for example, the Bass Clef starts with E, and the Treble Clef starts with C, and just memorize the place on where they are, and you will improve! I actually don't know how to read notes when I was a beginner.

Sheet Music Boss is an example of this. If you pay close attention, the audio is far too natural and good sounding to have come from a computer algorithm. Clorox Bleach then you might assume that the purpose of these are not to play the hardest ones, otherwise he probably would have started with Beethoven’s moonlight sonata 3rd movement or whatever. Yes, i was able to play this piece when i was 11 or so but i still feel quite entertained after watching this video cause everything is arranged and played perfectly and the visualization is impressive as well.

Ty U. Well ok, in the other hand in could be serious. This piece isn’t really hard to play for anyone who can play the piano.

Te he leído con emoción y afecto.

Special music fot the blind is made. I don't know more about it, but the parents of a priest I know are blind and both play. Contact an organization for the blind, I'm sure they could help you find some.

God u actually made me cry. I trained to play this during ONE YEAR. Every single day I would train and play it over and over again. And during the exam, even with all my work, it was pathetic, there were mistakes, the tempo was messed up. I LITERALLY broke my thumbs trying this ( short hands :/ ) this is the piece that made me stop piano. And hearing you play it perfectly like it's nothing... it's just break my soul. This is the ultimate proof I wasn't made for piano
