Cool to see new GW1 content. I remember the Eye of the North arena where one of the NPC opponents used this. That one was always an easy kill with life stealing skills - but hard without those.

@@rainbowpheanix Hotkeys on keyboard. Modern MMORPG players discourage clicking abilities, keyboard turning and backpedaling.

Was doing this over 10+ years ago, so much fun. I remember I stopped doing it because Guild Wars nerfed something, can't remember what it was. But doing the Octo farm with a 55 monk and a 55 Necro was so much fun!

OR...you could just use Healing Breeze to out-heal the incoming damage and go for more damage skills. PLUS...you don't need to waste time pulling 3-5 mobs at a time. 1-2 is easier and faster overall as long as your damage output is good.

Like I said, those can vary greatly depending on whatever farm you are doing. There are hundreds of options. But I can see what you mean.

Since you use prot spirit and the other spells, isn't it possible to use low armor?

the best armor for 55-600 hp builds is the amor your char starts in. the more dmg you take the more you reflect

For low HP farming, it doesn't really matter. At 55hp, the max damage you are capped at is 5hp. Shield and hands reduce damage by 5 and 15. So it doesn't matter. For high HP builds, yes it does matter. Use starter armor with a low rating.
