I have MP C2801. I used Ricoh firmware update tool to remotely update it. Update failed in the middle and now my printer is bricked, can't do anything. I found that now when I'm trying to update again, the tool trying to connect to printer over HTTPS and printer refuse connection. The only option is to flash it with SD card, but I can't find where to download the firmware. Can you please let me know how can I prepare SD card for flashing my printer?

Do you know how long it takes for a Ricoh 5510L to update it's firmware once you have started the process and the display shows "Copying Now"? The Ricoh 5510L uses the proprietary AMD C/D 4mb Linear Flash Memory card for updates. Thank You.

Hi. I have a Ricoh mp c3001 that came from the factory with two drawers. When installing additional lower drawers, they do not appear on the panel. Do I have to set it on some so that the panel shows the 4 drawers? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi. I stuck at "please wait" screen. What do i do wrong? As far as i am concern the folder shoud be in romdata and under the machine number i.e. d092. I did in lot of ways but no avail. What did i do wrong? Thanks.

HI create Folder (romdata)in folder create another folder (D029) if that is the code of machine and in that folder put all firmware. the SD Card must be in slot No. 2
