Came back to D3 and regeared my DH completely using this video as a guide. Spent around 12mil, sitting on 130k damage and 660 all resist. I'd say that's pretty neat.

Did this on EU for around the same price also. Also prices change on items over time. Don't search for the exact stats I searched for. I always find deals on these items because I know them well. I built this for 10 million gold but the items are probably worth 5-10 times that. Just follow how I search for items and match items that are currently on the AH. Some days may be just unlucky days.

Re did this on EU about 2 weeks ago for the same price. Also EU is more expensive. You need to play with the numbers more, don't search for the exact stats I did and also sacrifice some areas to buff other areas.

Yeah and like I said in the video I just wanted to show the damage on an elite and that I could take some hits. Typically its not good to kill elites or champ packs when farming for legendarys. Trash mobs = best chances, especially in patch 1.0.8.

Live off drops and items that are 100k or less, farm MP1-3 and pickup all items and gold you can, vendor the blues / yellows and AH anything with decent stats. Or just spend $5.

3 peice nat is ok for lower mp but you need the survivability that comes from the inna chest. Much better for mp10.

Yes, I know. The more items in the auction house means the more undercutting which means lower prices on everything. It's not good.

No hating, just a couple observations - armor is just as important for survivability as allres, you shouldn't skip it on any gear pieces, as I saw you did. Also, I think strongarm bracers are awesome for their price. dex, armor, life %, crit chance for basically nothing. But, the set works, so whatever. :) Good timing on the legendary, too :)

Yes, you're right. I do try (when I have time) to do this stuff. The problem with AH sniping is there are so many people doing it, it's hard to pull it off with profit. Also, if the item isn't near perfect it just won't sell unless you put a massive discount on it. I've yet to be able to sell uniden's to anyone for 100k. If it's a Legendary, I'd rather take the roll because I need the gear. When my gear is "good enough" I can sell legendaries I don't identify all day. If they even drop for me.

I have my DH built on found items only and have 150K dps. Fun to play around with manticore on higher mps and calamity on lower ones. Im always broke on crafting and buying gems on picked up gold but i might try this budget as i recently sold an item for 10 mil. Shopping time.

One question - was the choice of Inna's chest for dual set bonus a matter of cost over nata's chest for 3 piece bonus? I ask as I have inna's pants and nata boots/ring/chest as the 7% CTC,130 dex and DH skill bonus (spike traps for me) is better than losing 130 dex and gaining it on innas with no skill bonus. (you prolly covered this in vid but, TLDL :) ) DHD

Yeah I hear you - I don't have much time either. Sniping is hard but I usually see errors/bargains on there. I bought two items for under 2k recently and sold for much more.. as for the lege rolls - bare in mind you can get as much as 5/10m for some lege unids, whereas the chance of a good roll is low. maybe you want to sell stuff unid to get your millions up, especially when its an item you wont use. but like i said: 100k+ for one rare item is good for low budgets! BTW are you on Europe server?

When you have too much crit damage. I'd say if you have 500% with the 1 green gem in your weapon, the other should be a ruby. Also you can test this yourself. Just switch them out.

I really don't know when you did this on EU but I have been trying for 1.5 weeks(every day) to find a reasonable dead man's legacy(without so much vit &even look for As 18 not 20) and cheapest ones are 6mil so if you mean by unlucky days several weeks then it might be true but otherwise I agree with previous post that prices on EU are just skyrocketing currently & it's even so much higher for natalia's & inna's items

'If you had a 50 mill budget you should probably be looking for... in this item, if you had 100, probably ...." I'm still pretty confused about what I should be looking for in terms of stats and there importance in a demon hunter...

i have about 2089 dexterity currently only do MP3 and i hit about 200000-300000 with rapid fire, idk if thats because the monsters have lower resistances but its pretty comparable with your hits which are around 250k-300k zone

My buddy and I have only begun seriously playing D3 for about a month. Made some good friends, had some good times and all that jazz. This build looks great, and I'll try it. However your toon, being Paragon 93, has a distinct advantage over my highest of lvl 13. What difference is that going to make in regards to the lower lvl paragon? Figuring the numbers, that's around +270 dex and +180 vit, let alone the int and str bonuses. Is this build still viable for mp10?

I'm curious. I don't understand using SS passive on DH's in mp10 solo. Team games sure, but mp10 solo, you're almost always within 10 yards of what you're fighting, removing the dmg buff. Also, mp10 @ 192k dps is, imo, inefficient. I counted 6 bola's to kill a white Demon Trooper. Since mobs in mp8 have half the HP as mp10, you can kill twice as fast at only -65% exp compared to mp10, resulting in better exp/hour, right? What are your thoughts on efficiency? Or do you mp10 for 100% bonus loot?

EU profile on blizz or diabloprogress or it didn't happened. Also, only 2 players in run? What about a monk with vortex (to group up) and a overwave mantra? (to gain speed) I'm starting to notice WD builds with some sort of plague infestation also. This should be a team work efforts that works together.

Im EU and prices are obviously different, but i was wondering. If i wanted to increase the budget over 10m, (relative to our EU prices) to lets say, 100m. Would you change any items or just look for better stats on the same items?

It was an example that it can handle MP 10 mobs man. lol. DH in general are super inefficient at farming MP10 compared to things like barbs.

Actually it isn't. What if I had more crit chance or more crit damage, losing 276 dex would be more, but what if you had less crit, or crit damage, 276 dex removed would be less. You can't just generally say 276 dex = 25k damage because there are more factors between my gear and theirs.

Shinobi is right you do not have an excuse to have 10m gold. Playing for 200+ hours nets you about 15-20m gold naturally from pickups salvage and selling. There is no excuse. BTW are you playing on EU or the American servers.

I've heard you mention this before, you want blizz to reset the AH. How would this fix anything? Are you suggesting blizz delete all the items currently on the AH? Because if they just remove everything, people will just post it up again. But blizz will not delete items that people are legitimately earning and posting to the AH. Just curious what you mean by 'resetting the AH'.

I've searched for this before, and I usually only get bad results like how to add 'pop up text', ie using something like Camtasia Studio and writing on the video which is totally different. Also its strange that a Mempo with 175dex on EU is at least 700K Gold while the same Mempo with 196strength is a Brimstone ... (guess thats due to the IK Helm that is similar good and farmed by bots a lot and is also cheap as a bromstone with medium stats ?)

Pretty cool video. I dont know if EU is just a good bit more expensive than US. I recently leveld a DH to60 and used your Video as a general guideline to gear it with 10million. ended at 127K damage 33,5K life 480allres all stats at PLvl0 (since its fresh 60). Most items were ~20% more expensive than in your video. Some other items 3times as expensive. f.e the cheapest dex Witching Hours on EU are 2.5million . Its still a joke though how cheap everything in D3 is nowadays

just did this on eu on my dh hunter paragon 22 payd like 20m for the same items got the same damage but lower health but thats probley a big part bc of paragon lv's so this can be done on eu for like twice the price nowadays ( depends on ur luck what items are posted at the moment) but yes people this can still be done if u just spend some more money on it just play with the numbers like he say's if u can't get alot of vit on ur gear go with a bit higher dex then and just gem vit

I actually found that if you have two high crit damage gems (100%+) then you should switch to a ruby that has 130+ damage on one of them, this depends on the rest of your gear but I went from 280k to 290k just from swapping one to a ruby on my character (watch my video to see what I mean)

Could be, I'm pretty sure i got ripped off 75% of the time I bought item from the auction house during my first 2 months of D3. I bought blackthornes panties for 15m 4 months ago and now I check up the prices for similar items, I see items that are just as good for 500k q.q. The same goes for IK helm, and IK armor and my amulet which I bought for 15m per piece and I still havn't been able to sell them for anything similar...

I like your video, I really do. But I feel I should point out that 10mil can actually be a lot for some people. For example. I spent all of my day off farming MP7 with my paragon 54. I got 0 sellable rares and I had one legendary drop that was a 59 Witch Doctor skill crossbow with INT and 550 DPS. I looted about 300,000 from the ground and maybe 200,000 from vendoring. I know for sure I didn't break 1mil. So if I save that, I get to try again next week. Not fair to say we don't know how to play.

The Ruby only deals more Damage than the emerald, when you already have high crit damage and when you are talking about a marquise ruby because 30 minimum and maximum damage are worth more than 10% crit damage of the marquise one. But that's just my thesis on this.

No, I'm not on EU. I'll give it a shot if I actually get a legendary that people want. But again, all day and I get a 59 crossbow. I just identified it to brimstone it. Knew it would be pointless unless it had a massive level reduc.
