Hey Matt! When I go to my file browser, it won't let me open up my hard drive to use my own samples or whatever unless I use Mpc beats as a plug-in.. But I'm glad I came across your video, and we can at least bring samples in by draging it in... Thanks for the videos all day nice!

In MPC Standalone mode I'm able to see and preview all my sounds. This is the internal memory for the device. For whatever reason, the MPC Software won't load the sounds and I can't browse my internal memory on the MPC Unit while in Controller Mode. Any tips?

hey i have a question. when im in sampler mode and i hit the arm button to record my sample it does not record when i click on it. the readings are there when im playing the sample but it doesnt record when i click it. im using mpc software with mpc studio controller. im using 2.10 version. and im using a mac. i use my rane 62 for my sound card.

Yes, same process. Pretty much any MPC Beats video will work with studio 2 because studio 2 comes with the full MPC 2 software instead of the limited MPC Beats software.

For some reason when i click on one of the template options in the list (Trap Template for example), it says I would have to replace everything in my current project inorder to upload the template. Thanks for all the information, it is VERY helpful. I am however having a very weird issue, my q-link mode just turns off randomly and on randomly. In MPC beats where it says Q-link mode: Screen; All the knobs are "off" and I cant get them back on unless it randomly decides to come back, then they go away again so I can't use my knobs at all. Any idea why this is happening?

When you save the project there is a project folder that saves too that will have all your samples. It is in the same folder that you saved your project in.

@@MatthewStratton also earlier I was pressing pad 1on my akai and it would play my sample and id be able to see a line on the music lines (idk what they're called) and I would be able to accurately pause and clip a sample by export but now when I press the pad 1 it doesn't start any sample even if I have it ready to be played, I have to hold down on it with my mouse. do you know what that problem could be too? Also sorry for all these question's lol.

Make sure you are in SAMPLE EDIT. Then you can drag the sample right into sample edit.
